Helping people expand comfort zones through performance is really important to me because it shows you what else can be achieved in your life. It's great to do this online but I also love connecting with people face-to-face.
And as I live in Andalucía, that means that you'll have to come on one of my awesome retreats and have fun in Spain!
The next Awesome Ukes'n'Yoga (we do yoga too because I like it!) retreat will be from the 30th October to the 3rd November 2025 in Cortijo Almuña just outside of Gaucin. 25% of the spaces have already been reserved by people who came on the last one!!!
And there might well be another one in May 2026 too!
